The bees and the flowers

As i sip on this exotic mixture of ceylonese green tea infused with moroccan mint , i wondered if its time to make this particular posting.....
The mind said no, the heart said yes, and an inner voice said , at least post the pictures...
so here we are:- 
OPast few weeks a couple of bees have made my plant as their refugee home and they are quite persistent on making it. So i understand their intention. and nature wants me to take a look at these beautiful marvels, right in the comfort of my own home balcony.

Take a look at this little bee. and its home the bee hive, the natural design and the picture is not inverted at all. This is the position of the bee and its hive. Location::- one of my flowering plants. Now onto the new plants in my balcony....

Take a look at another beauty:- The "Raat Raani", the mysterious flowers open ONLY at night and reveal a heavenly scent which spreads across ...... These are new plants on my balcony. I  like the concept of nature being a 24X 7 X non stop operational set up.

The most original and sensible post for MTNL 3G settings in N97 mini

In moments of intense exchange of thoughts, a  very wise learned man once said to me. Life is very simple, dont complicate it with your understanding. Initially i didnt understand its meaning, But moments later i had an "AA HAAA " moment and understood what the wise man really meant.
I recently got myself an airtel 3g connection, within half an hour found it makes more common sense to get a MTNL number and give up this airtel number.

After this phase i could not for the love of internet find settings on MTNL 3G. Like i mentioned before in one of my previous posts, on the internet most of the information is basically cut copy pasted information which really seems like people who post do not necessarily  know what they have posted. I found one more interesting fact people who post about mobile phones, do not own them, LOL.Suprisingly this recycled information works well for lower life forms aka humans.
Since i didnt accept this recyled information i searched for the replies i need on my own and present it herewith with an intention to help someone, even if one person is helped, this post will have fulfilled its intention.

This is the easiest way to get 3G settings for any operator in Nokia N97 mini.Start with clicking Applications, then... follow the pictures

Applications ------> Phone Set up  --------> Settings Wizard. and click operator. Lo and behold automatically your phone receives its necessary data. Unlike the send sms and call different numbers and helplines, this is a self reliant exercise and suddenly you wonder why didnt you think of this before ? Enjoy your GPRS/3G connection.

3G Airtel Mumbai - A review from an entity trying to be human

They say when the student is ready, the master shall appear, Similarly it takes me a hug amount of inspiration to write a blog post.

On 9th March 2011, the newspaper front page displayed a HUGE ADVERTISEMENT screaming 3G services  had started in mumbai on airtel.
Incidentally i use Airtel for the past few years as my choice of billing provider ( some day ill write on this too) .... 5 minutes later i was on the internet reading reviews from users in other cities, and what i could expect.  15 minutes later than this , i was sipping hot tea and finding instructions to start 3G services. 

This is not a post to review their services or processes. To each their own, i write this as my personal review ,raves & rants. Here it begins

Day 1:-Moments later welcome message:- everything enticing on how to select the plan with "budgetary considerations". my view is if they cared about my budget and wallet, they would have priced it free, and its not free, so it means they dont care. After reading around 10 reviews I came to the common sense conclusion the internet is a place of cut copy paste. Why ? Because 100 other links just had the same 10 or so reviews, word to word pasted same. 
Then i send across the message and activated 3G. Each one has no information about video calls, because none of these so called gurus experts have any clue, seems they were paid to write that information. i could be wrong and assuming this but then im trying to be human so dont blame me.
News:- 3G services start after following their process, No information, no user instruction.Just a small welcome message. You are supposed to carry a grin on your face watching the 3G icon under the signal strength bars and please intimate yourself that you are welcome to 3G, Then after a lot of hassle and fact finding from other 2 websites i found out 3G activation is 1 part, you are supposed to select a 3G plan exclusively elsewhere and thats another process. Complied with the same and on advice on a colleague took the 100 MB for Rs:100 basic plan. Went through this same process twice to ensure 3G services actually start.
Day1 evening i cleared all my counters in my N97 Mini. This was done to check how much MB would actually be used per day per application per click, per everything that i could understand.
 Speed tests revealed i was getting 80 kbps on my mobile ( where are the so called self proclaimed speeds of Mbps? didnt see any of those high speeds at all)
Day 2
The gods were pleased and lo behold 3G day begins, installed email application ( ensured it doesnt download full email , but only headers and that too i didnt download till now) then downloaded and installed 2 small (2 mb & 1 mb ) apps. Then surfed few websites here and there to check the speeds.  Websites opened fine ( im not satisfied as with a 3G i was expecting it to load much faster ) Checked the data useage, showed a whopping 30 MB downloaded and 2 mb uploaded ( i dont need any information on this so skip using this bit of information when u reply my ranting as per normal human tendency)
Day 2 Afternoon , im convinced airtel 3G is NOT for me, neither is AIRTEL and this is due to the high rates and the pricing policy. I am well within the trying and testing Rs:100 per 100 MB selected package.Found out a 3G welcome page exists and that incremental costs per GB are higher
Day 2 Evening, I have narrowed down MTNL as a better service provider irrespective to whatever whoever says, and would be changing from airtel to MTNL within this week. the rates are much cheaper.


My personal obervations and understandings:-

• I have not yet even done my first video call -The only reason one should ever undertake 3G is video calling and nothing else.  
• The entire gamut of airtel 3g world seems to me personally a reincarnation of a failed WAP portal, which entices you to download everything at a cost. 
• On day 2 i feel as if this entire Airtel 3G thingie is a resurrection of WAP portal. leaving aside the video calling facility.
• Totally unhappy with 3G hype. except for the benefit of video calling. 
• But happy to change this service provider to a cheaper government owned service provider. Might take Mobile Number portability (MNP) and keep the number of my yesteryears as same. 
•  I have not yet made 1 video call yet and im changing from airtel to mtnl. Hows that ?
  To end this post i repeat a few words that i had read In a business book, "take care of the eccentric first, the others dont need any more care".

This morning brings in a desire to review this fruit of a post. How did this result? 

Process :- 10-12 years ago i bought a very expensive magazine and while  reading it I saw Dr.Deepak Chopra's picture Then totally unrelatedly i came on the internet and i  heard of Anthony Robbins's good work. I heard Anthony Robbins for nearly 5 years off and on. Then, I heard about Dr. Deepak Chopra ( in anthony robbins interview). I recalled the picture of "the doctor" and hesitantly the journey to pursue his masterpieces.

(Lao Tzu said the journey of a million miles begins with a single step.) Very true, true !!

The Masters :- 

So from seeing a magazine picture of Dr.Deepak Chopra ( 15 years back )to Anthony Robbins, back to Dr.Deepak Chopra, the journey began slowly and then one after the other, i heard of Dr.Wayne Dyer,Carlos Castaneda,Larry Winget, Louise Hay,Abraham Jerry & Esther Hicks,Cheryl Richarson,Christiane Northrup,Doreen Virtue,Gay Hendricks,Gregg Braden, Leon Nacson,Mona Lisa Schultz.

The first  time i ever purchased books are the 2 masters Deepak Chopra & Wayne Dyer and read ever read 90 pages from a "small print book " titled Synchrodestiny. 

This was nearly a year back and now i believe i am in second gear  ( wow! whats the cruise control speed going to be wow !)

As Doreen Virtue said "Because the universe gives up baby steps, one step at a time, its often unrecognized when you're told to go read a book, take a class, call someone,write a letter.
But if we do step A then we are given next set of instructions step B, then we are given next set of instructions step C and it takes us step by step. 

ever written a poem/ song?

Its been quite a while since i posted so here we are, 

I ask you, Have you ever written a poem or a song? Wondered from where those lyrics came ? 

 Well my reply to the same question is YES, but its been more than a decade that i wrote a poem.

Now after learning meditation and listening to words from masters like the great men i respect so much Anthony Robbins, Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. Wayne Dyer, i feel its the universal connection.

A strange thing i noticed, The other day i was watching a youtube video for a song i had heard in my teenage days, and same time i looked up the lyrics, The lyrics reading and the song listening coincided. Thats where something happened, Strange , cannot be explained. But a urge to write a something , perhaps a song/ may be a poem came up.

The universe is talking, all this while and will keep talking to us, Problem is we dont listen.

Word of respect to the masters and also to all song writers and poets. Like F.R David once wrote " words dont come easy ".

My Nokia N97 MINI

Two days back i bought myself a Nokia N97Mini. Costed me exactly Indian Rupees 19500-.

Sweeeeeeeeet deal i said to myself. Usually i never post a review but the last 2 days forced me to put my thoughts and raves about this phone as my own personal review.May be my words help someone with their own Phone purchase decision or issues with N97 Mini. Here we are :

 Now hands on :- HOW TO SOLVE NOKIA N97MINI BATTERY DRAIN PROBLEM IS MENTIONED BELOW ,

• Day one battery was already charged in the sealed package that i opened. Very happy as manufacturing date is only 1 month before date of purchase. Played ( internet used for 1 hours , plus many other things were tinkered like setting up IMAP Email as new phone in my hands)  around 3 hours with that battery charge after opening the box.

• Charged it all night and next day the battery lasted me from morning 10 am to 6 pm with internet on updating the widgets during the day . (apparently this uses battery too much) 
• I let the battery drain empty full until the phone closed down on its own.
• Charged the battery and next day being sunday i started playing the phone to its full use from 6 am onwards upto 11:30 am being on internet all the time in the background, listened to music, downloaded random stuff ( a strict no no for all of you reading me) and maps set up with GPS.
• Battery drained to a low, read all about battery drain issue of N97mini , so i took the "charger problem " seriously and was considering doing a "hard reset". Yes i did do a couple of soft resets but that was in vain.
• Apparently there is a fix to this battery issue which i tried, Steps
  Shut off the phone
  Insert charger into phone, whenever the  white light screen comes up remove charger.
  Let the phone light go off, and switch the power on button.
  Now the phone powers on and then charge the phone. ( i charged it for 2 hours approx

THIS SOLVED THE BATTERY ISSUE I THINK
Right now at time of this post, it is approximately 6 hours since the phone has been constantly on, 2 hours on internet on, checked emails,  used maps for 15 -20 minutes, played game, surfed random internet  and tinkering on. It shows battery charge with 3 bars at time of this post. 

I am usually not into posting such issues , but since someone's advice seems to be working for me, i conciously put this post to help someone somewhere resolve their favourite new Nokia N97 Mini battery draining out too fast issue

Updates :- 1 )The very next day of posting the above, the battery  lasted for one full night ( i had a program running in background showing a large digital clock, big fonts filling up the screen and alarm. Next day used moderately upto 5:00 pm . It showed one last bar  and was charged again. The next night i plan not to run this program and see how much longer it lasts. 
2) he next day afterwards, i did not run this clock program at night, and the next day i used the phone with satellite navigation plus the normal daily use, the battery lasted longer


PLEASE CHECK IF YOU HAVE ANY PROGRAMS RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND, THIS CONSUMES A LOT OF BATTERY EVEN IF RUNNING SILENTLY WITHOUT LIGHT ON SCREEN 

After 1Mbps connection results

The speedtest results post 1Mbps connection, check & compare results between now and before post:-

WOW !!! Impressed See the A in the pingtest of the new connection versus the D previously, and check out the 1.54 Mbps speed download, Lets see how this scenario unfolds.

Pre I Mbps connection

Time for a small change in internet connectivity. I will be changing over from this current slow connection to much better "1Mbps" connection. Thus i feel the urge to record my slow current connection moment against the future expectations and reflect back in time. This entry would serve that very purpose besides a comparision.

Tonight being my last day of using these speeds. Tomorrow onwards i hopefully would receive my 1Mbps broadband connectivity kit and should be running up smoothly .  I understand anything above 256kbps is technically deemed to be named as a broadband connection .

I normally checked my connectivity speed through speedtest.net a free website for the purpose.

Posting tonight 's 2:54 am results for both speed as well as Ping Tests. Read below the slow results:-

The 1st picture reflects my speed test results, I dont find those results impressive at all .
The 2nd picture says PING test results reflect my line quality is very bad, see the "D". Not good at all.

Now after a day or so i will do these same tests and post new results with the faster broadband connection for my personal comparision.

Have you ever been to an Airport ?

Of all places in the world, i find an airport as a very interesting moment in time.
Chance took me to an international airport, The timing late past midnight, The following are my understanding and insights.

The exuberance, the excitment, the and the captured "come together of beauty charm and poise" of nature comes together to exhibit a strange collective vibration.

Imagine you drive your car 4 hours down a road, when the journey ends, you want to park your car and rest. Why ? because you are tired,

Now compare this, AN airline pilot and his entire crew walk down the ramp /aisle in perfect uniforms, starched without a crease, female crew staff walking behind the senior pilots, in perfect poise , uniform looking as good as new , with a smile on their face, ( some ficticious, some real ) and then the rest of the passengers.  Niether the pilot looks tired nor the airhostesses and staff following them.

And they have flown a heck lot more than 4 hours of road travel. Road travel you and I can take a pit stop, In the mid air i doubt if they are allowed to park their planes.
Point made by now i hope you get what i meant here.

Now come back to the airport. Fantastic collective energy flow, some people going, some people coming in, ALL happy faces, some sad ones specially in departure area. But at the arrivals area , the amount of poise charms and beauty of the moment is simply energetic and exuberant.

If you have not yet experienced this moment, it is something worth the while missed, Give it a thought.

These are few pictures of Orcid flowers growing on my balcony, Although the flowering stick is holding 810 flowers each, i am only posting the pictures of 1 flower each.

The above orchid was photographed after the daily  water spray session and i thought the water droplets on it make somehow added to the  "purity " of the picture.
Now here is a zoom picture into the flower, see the shape inside, a small peek into the windows of " perfection of nature".  1 of the last 2 pictures below, is of same flower a few hours later, The sun kissing the flowers made it all a special glowing moment.

This is what i realized and learnt today.:- The universe has everything in perfect harmony.Every individual every plant every flower every bird is perfectly where the universe's creator "intended " it to be. 

The above picture is of the movie i mentioned in the post title. 
 

So,this means we are all where we are supposed to be. The left hand is on your left, the right on its intended place. The hair and the balding is exactly, where it was intended to be, The eyes see color as they were meant to view. 

The intention is not the meaning. The meaning is the deciphering of that intention. Example that comes to my mind immediately is hierographics, on the egyptian pyramids.


Of course the point i try to emphasize here is "INTENTION" . Try a small example :- Intend something today, from the base of your heart mind and soul. When you intend something to happen ensure, the part called ego is not accessed. Then leave the intention. 
The day that intention comes true, come back here and read this post again.

Pure Intention is a pure force of universe, To access is NOT A SIMPLE THING. It will take time to learn to access the path to intention, then the purity of intention and finally when intention gets processed, we experience a "miracle" .


 

Miracles do happen, everyday someone somewhere makes a miracle. Lets try to make our own miracle today.
